Moxley Property Group was founded in December 2025 with a clear purpose: to source high-quality property investment opportunities underpinned by deep technical knowledge, design expertise, and a commitment to doing things properly.

We are a family-run business, combining professional surveying experience with luxury interior design expertise, giving our investors a rare end-to-end understanding of property, from acquisition and due diligence through to refurbishment, design, and exit strategy.

Our Background

With over 8 years’ experience as a Building Surveyor, our founder brings a rigorous, risk-aware approach to property investing. This background means every deal is assessed with a trained eye for construction quality, defects, compliance, and long-term maintenance implications, not just headline numbers. We understand buildings at their core, which allows us to identify opportunities others may overlook, while avoiding costly mistakes that can erode returns.

Alongside this, Alice brings over 12 years’ experience in the interior design industry, having successfully run her own luxury interior design business for over 7 years. Her expertise ensures that properties are not only financially viable, but also designed to appeal to the end user whether that’s tenants, guests, or buyers maximising rental demand, value, and resale potential.

Professional Training & Industry Standards

We are proud members of the Samuel Leeds Academy and are undertaking advanced training in professional Deal Sourcing, covering a range of proven property investment strategies, including:

• BRRR (Buy, Refurbish, Refinance, Rent)

• HMOs (Houses in Multiple Occupation)

• Serviced Accommodation

• And other value-driven investment models

This training ensures our sourcing processes are compliant, ethical, and aligned with best practice, giving investors confidence that opportunities are presented transparently, with robust analysis and clear assumptions.

We are also registered with the Property Investors Mediation Service (PIMS) which assists with mediating between us and the affected party (business to business) in the unlikely event of a dispute.
