Refund Policy
Where a finder’s fee has been paid for bespoke deal sourcing services, clients are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of engagement. During this period, a refund of the finder’s fee may be requested provided that no steps have been taken to acquire the property, whether directly or indirectly.
To remain eligible for a refund, the client must not proceed with the purchase, rental, or option of the property, must not engage with the selling agent or property owner, and must not disclose or refer the deal details to any third party. The sourced deal and all associated information must remain unused during the cooling-off period.

If a refund is requested but it is subsequently found that the client has engaged in any of the above activities, the right to a refund will be withdrawn. Where a refund has already been issued in such circumstances, the refunded amount must be repaid in full upon request. Failure to do so may result in recovery action.

Outside of the 14-day cooling-off period, all finder’s fees are non-refundable, reflecting the bespoke nature of the deal sourcing service and the time and resources committed from the commencement of the engagement.
